Lorsqu'on décide de partir pour une longue sortie en peaux de phoque, il est toujours essentiel d'avoir avec soi tout ce dont on a besoin pour gérer au mieux chaque imprévu. Le vent fort, un changement soudain des conditions météorologiques. C'est pourquoi la veste Storm Evo a été créée : un vêtement à toujours avoir dans son sac à dos. Compacte et entièrement thermo soudée, cette veste offre une imperméabilité de 20 000 mm de colonne d'eau et une respirabilité de 41 000 g/m2/24h. Protégée contre l'eau et le vent grâce au traitement DWR, une fois essayée, vous ne pourrez plus vous passer de la veste Storm Evo. Avec un poids de seulement 500 grammes, c'est l'un de nos vêtements les plus protecteurs. Les deux poches avant zippées sont imperméables et conçues pour être utilisées avec un harnais. Les détails réfléchissants à l'arrière du vêtement assurent une visibilité dans toutes les conditions. Pour compléter le tout, une poche intérieure pratique pour les peaux.

On-par with Gore-Tex!

Buying a waterproof jacket from a company that doesn't use Gore-Tex can sometimes be a gamble. However, Karpos have nailed the waterproof membrane on their Storm Evo Jacket. Size L (I'm 6ft) was the perfect size as it doesn't move around when my arms are up whilst climbing and the drawstring around the waist means no wind or snow can creep up my back. Huge chest pockets that could fit anything you want in there, they are massive! I've given this jacket a fair amount of abuse in the Scottish mountains and it has coped no worries. I have full trust in the waterproof membrane and it was beading nicely for a surprisingly longer time than I anticipated, approx. 1.5/ 2 months of regular wear. Love the design of the jacket too. Fantastic Jacket!
