How can I return an item ?

UE

We offer free returns on all orders placed on www.karpos-outdoor.com
If you wish to return a product, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to register your return. You can do it directly from "My Orders" section of your account.
If you placed your order as a guest, you can follow our guest return procedure at this link.
If the order was delivered over 30 days ago, please contact our Customer Service.
You will then receive an email from UPS containing the instructions to create your return label and ship the return. Return labels expire after 10 days.
All items must be returned unused and in original condition, with all labels and tags intact. Returns should be neither washed nor worn, otherwise we can refuse your return request. In case these conditions are not complied with, the returned parcel will be sent back and no refund will be issued.

Canada

If you wish to return a product, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to register your return. You can do it directly from My Orders section of your account.

If the order was delivered over 30 days ago, please contact our Customer Service.
You will receive a FedEx return label and instructions at your email address within 2 working days.
All items must be returned unused and in original condition, with all labels and tags intact. ll returns should be neither washed nor worn, otherwise we can refuse your return request. In case these conditions are not complied with, the returned parcel will be sent back and no refund will be issued.

Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway

Returns costs are:

  • Switzerland: 10 CHF
  • United Kingdom: 10 GBP
  • Norway: 15 NOK

for orders placed on www.karpos-outdoor.com. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

You will receive an email from UPS containing the instructions to create your return label and ship the return. Please note: return labels expire after 10 days. Print three copies of the return form: put one copy inside the parcel and leave the other two to the operator when dropping the parcel off for return.

United States

We offer free returns on all orders placed on www.karpos-outdoor.com.
If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days to initiate your return directly from your Karpos account.
If you checked out as a guest, you can request your return here
A refund is not guaranteed for returns that are more than 30 days old. 

Once you have submitted your return request, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Return unused garments to their original bags with hang tags properly attached. 
  2. Place all items along with your invoice in the original packaging, or a new envelope if the original is damaged.
  3. Print your pre-paid FedEx shipping label here and attach it to the outside of your package, covering or removing the existing shipping label.
  4. Drop your package off at any FedEx drop-off location. Find your nearest location here.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please note it can take 7-10 business days for your bank to apply this credit to your account balance.

Where is my return?

It is possible to track the shipment status of a return through the website of the courier operating the service, just by inserting in the dedicated field the tracking number you find on the return label.

When will I receive my reimbursement?

The refund will be issued after receiving the return. If the returned item meets the requirements it will be refunded within 10 days through the same payment method you had used to finalize your order.

As soon as we issue the refund, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
The transaction may take a couple of days to show on your bank account, depending on your bank.

You can compare a maximum of 5 items at once. Please Remove at least one product before adding a new one.
