This accessibility statement applies to: karpos-outdoor.com
Compliance Status:
Partially compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-conformities listed below
Non-accessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons, in violation of Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:
- C.9.1.1.1 - Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose.
- C.9.1.2.3 - Some prerecorded multimedia do not provide an alternative or an audio description.
- C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text).
- C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except in cases allowed by regulations (e.g., logos).
- C.9.1.4.4 - Some text, except for subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200% without using assistive technologies and without losing content or functionality.
- C.9.1.4.10 - Content that does not require a two-dimensional presentation (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the viewport size changes.
- C.9.1.4.11 - For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast with adjacent elements does not exceed the ratio of 3:1.
- C.9.1.4.12 - When modifying text spacing related to line height, paragraph spacing, letter spacing, or word spacing, some information or content is lost.
- C.9.1.4.13 - In some cases, when mouse hover or keyboard focus makes content appear or disappear, there is no mechanism to dismiss the additional content without moving the mouse pointer or keyboard focus. Additionally, the pointer cannot be moved over the additional content without it disappearing, or the content does not remain visible until the hover or focus event is removed, the user dismisses it, or the information is no longer valid, except for certain allowed exceptions.
- C.9.2.1.1 - Some functionalities are not operable via keyboard (or a similar input interface).
- C.9.2.4.2 - Some web pages do not have titles that describe their topic or purpose.
- C.9.2.4.3 - On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially, and where the navigation sequence affects their meaning and functionality, certain elements that could receive focus do not do so in an order that preserves their meaning and operability.
- C.9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from the link text together with adjacent content.
- C.9.2.4.6 - Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality.
- C.9.2.4.7 - The focus indicator is not visible on some interactive elements.
- C.9.3.2.4 - Some components with the same functionality across multiple web pages are not identified consistently.
- C.9.3.3.1 - In some cases, when an input error is automatically detected, the erroneous element is not identified and/or the error is not described using text.
- C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) do not have correct or properly set names, roles, states, properties, or values, or users and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change.
- C.9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented in a way that allows assistive technologies to interpret them without requiring a focus shift;
